From “You’ll Never Make It”
to Spin City DJs

Spin City DJs didn’t start because I was trying to build some big entertainment company. It actually started back in high school, when I was DJing parties for my friends just because it was fun. I enjoyed the music, the equipment, and being the person behind the music while everybody was having a good time.

After doing a few parties, my friends started telling me, “You’re actually pretty good at this.” That encouragement was really what got me thinking that maybe DJing could become something more.

At another point, someone told me I’d never be somebody in the DJ world. Instead of letting that stop me, I kept going. I wasn’t trying to prove that I could build some huge company. I was doing something I genuinely enjoyed, having fun with it, and seeing where it would take me.

Over time, something that started with DJing my friends’ parties in high school grew into Spin City DJs Entertainment LLC.

Even as it has grown, I don’t want to lose what made me enjoy doing this in the first place. I still love getting behind the equipment, playing music, watching people have a good time, and getting to bring my little one with me to events. Being able to share some of those experiences together makes doing something I already love even more special.

Community events are probably what I enjoy more than anything. I love being out there with families, schools, local organizations, and people from the community just having a good time together. Being able to contribute to that — even if my part is simply providing the music and helping create the atmosphere — is one of my favorite parts of doing this.

I want to have fun doing what I love, stay connected with the community, and provide something people can actually afford. I believe people should be able to have a great DJ and a memorable event without feeling like they have to spend a fortune to make it happen.

Whether it’s a wedding, school event, private party, corporate event, or a community gathering, I want people to have fun, feel comfortable, and leave with good memories.
